You are of course welcome to approach these recipes as you wish, but if you want to reproduce the amazing meals we have every sunday, here are my suggestions.
1. Get the best Ingredients You can find for every item listed. seriously it really matters. And if you can't find amazing ingredients, make something else.
2. read the recipes all the way through. It sucks to get 1/2 through a recipe with guests coming in 30 minutes and read "rest the dough for 4 hours."
3. Follow the damn recipes! Sunday supper is consistently amazing because these are recipes that work and i follow them. I know that is boring, but get over it.
